How Total Signs uses SMS to stay connected with customers.
What messages you may receive
When you call Total Signs at (281) 652-5553 and we are unable to answer, we may send you an automated SMS reply letting you know we missed your call and how to reach us. We may also send conversational customer care messages in response to inquiries you initiate, including project status updates and scheduling for active jobs.
How you consent
You provide SMS consent by either (a) placing a phone call to our business number, which authorizes a single transactional SMS reply if the call is not answered, or (b) explicitly opting in through a form on our website or customer portal. SMS consent is never pre-checked and is not required to purchase our services.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies. You will not receive promotional or marketing messages through this channel. Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan. Total Signs does not charge you for these messages.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any SMS from us at any time to stop receiving further messages. After you opt out, we will send one final confirmation message. You will not receive further SMS from us unless you re-initiate contact.
